Currently, the AI DAO collective has incubated two independent but complementary projects:

The first project focuses on the development of a framework for AI-enhanced DAOs, DAOs that leverage artificial intelligence to improve governance efficiency, participation, and resilience against manipulation. This framework introduces an AI-powered DAO infrastructure that:

Automates routine tasks, reducing governance overhead.
Detects voting irregularities, ensuring fair and transparent decision-making.
Assists in governance decisions, while keeping humans in control through oversight and override mechanisms.
As a first step, we have developed an EVM-based DAO management system that runs on the XRP EVM sidechain devnet, with all additional features to be developed collectively and owned by the AI DAO as a public goods commons. The DAO management platform is accessible at https://nexus.dao.ai/.

The second project is a framework for DAO-governed AI agents. We’re building an AI Agent Launchpad with a decentralized MCP node network, enabling agents to manage wallets, transact on Axelar blockchains, and operate under DAO governance.
What is the MCP Protocol?
Anthropic’s Model Context Protocol (MCP) is an open standard that connects AI models to external data and tools. It standardizes how agents access context, share data, and execute operations, essentially a “USB-C” for AI connectivity aimed at broad industry adoption.
Capabilities & Service Node Network
Agents can manage cross-chain transactions, execute smart contracts, share data securely, and participate in DAO governance. Our Service Node Network provides a distributed layer for relaying data and validating transactions through staked AIDAO tokens.
The project's progress can be tracked at its github repository with estimated launch of the launchpad being end of Q2, 2025 and the decentralized MCP gateway being end of Q3 2025.
Both projects are being developed as Layer 3 cross-chain solutions using Axelar, enabling DAOs and AI Agents to interoperate across multiple L1 and L2 blockchains simultaneously. The initial deployments are planned for:

Our long-term vision is for The AI DAO to serve as an incubator for many more AI-driven solutions, including:

The AI DAO ($AIDAO) token has a fixed supply of 1,000,000,000 tokens, initially launching on XRPL.

30% (300,000,000 $AIDAO) is allocated to an airdrop campaign, with the first part to be distributed two months after the presale.
20% (200,000,000 $AIDAO) is allocated to the founding team, with a four-month time lock starting at the end of the presale. This lock is verifiable on-chain.
The presale tokens shall be priced at 0.0003 XRP per $AIDAO.
Any unsold tokens from the presale will also be transferred to the DAO treasury upon launch of the XRPL EVM side chain, ensuring full community ownership.
Treasury transactions will be fully transparent and can only be executed through DAO votes on proposals, enabling real-time auditing and accountability.
To vote on DAO proposals, members must stake their tokens. Staked tokens require three months to unlock from the time the unstake function is called.
